Professional Clinical Will Service

Do you have a plan in advance for someone to take care of your professional accounts in case of sudden disaster?

We will do what we can to prepare for unforeseen circumstances, in order to protect your clients.

About Me

I am a counsellor and supervisor, registered with the BACP, working from my own private practice, with 15 years of experience.

It occurred to me that not all counsellors have a trusted counselling professional, with the knowledge and experience needed to deal with their clients and confidential records in case of sudden accident or death.

I can work with you in order to create a personalised clinical will, to ensure the support and confidentiality of all your clients.

Testimonials

Helen is holding the will for my private practice clients. She went through the process with me professionally and methodically and I can now rest assured that my clients will be well taken care of in the event of any unforeseen circumstances taking place.”

“I cannot recommend this service highly enough, particularly as it is recommended by the BACP of which I am an accredited member.

Services

There are a number of different services that you should consider the arrangement of closing in the event of illness or death. The BACP ethical framework states that all counsellors should have a system in place, to inform clients should you be incapable of working because of accident, critical illness or in the case of your unexpected death.

Have a look below and consider what you may need taking care of in the event you are no longer able to work.

Contacting clients

It is important your clients are contacted by a qualified practitioner, in order to support and guide them going forward.

Destroying records

In our meeting we can discuss what kind of records you keep, how to access them, and how best to destroy them.

Shutting down websites

We can discuss any online communications or advertisements you have in place, and how best to close these down.

I’m a fully accredited member of the BACP, and level 6 in counselling supervision.
